BROMSGROVE Sporting started their pre-season friendlies with comfortable 8-0 win against Midland Football League Division Three side FC Stratford at the weekend and then a 3-2 away win over Tipton Town on Tuesday.
As with most friendly matches the game against Stratford saw players come on and off regularly with the following players taking part: Jake Bedford, Danny Parker, Brett Mander, Darius Darkin, Robbie Agar, Danny Ludlow, Rico Taylor, Shaun Williams, Chrisi Conway, Mark Bellingham, Josh McKenzie, Jonah Tweede, Ryan Mahon and Danny Campbell.
The Rouslers’ scorers were Chrisi Conway who bagged a hat-trick, Mark Bellingham who scored a brace, Shaun Williams, Josh McKenzie and Danny Campbell.
Danny Campbell, Josh McKenzie and Ryan Mahon are all previous Rovers players and bring in much needed experience
Sporting are now set to play Redditch United tomorrow at the Valley Stadium kick off 3pm.
