DROITWICH-based SPArkles WI held its Women’s Institute centenary celebrations.
The group, which was formed in December 2012, held a quiz which posed questions about the organisation and there was a talk from Sue White, the chair of the Worcestershire Federation of WI Advisers.
There was also a special cake and the women got to wear all their finery and take along their favourite teacup.
SPArkles chair Helen Starks said: “WI has been inspiring women for 100 years and SPArkles is proud to be a part of that celebration.”
