A CLEAR up around Droitwich’s churches has been hailed a great success.
The venture featured children and staff from Cutnall Green First School who thoroughly enjoyed bringing members of their eco group to help.
There was a variety of jobs to suit all ages and abilities and another clear up day was due to be held on Saturday (December 5).
Nigel Byard, the team rector of Droitwich Spa, Salwarpe and Hindlip with Martin Hussingtree, said: “The second maintenance day was a great success and we all thoroughly enjoyed mending and cleaning things and eating may bacon sarnies.”
