PROPOSALS to ban drivers from ‘waiting at any time’ at several locations across Droitwich were passed when they were discussed at Monday’s Droitwich Town Council Meeting.
The areas where drivers will now be prohibited from waiting at any time include the junctions of Manning Road and Miller Street, Spa Road and Black Friars Avenue. They also include the junction of Manning Road and Burrish Street and between 47 to 53 Blackfriars Avenue.
Councillors at the meeting discussed the ‘chaotic’ situation caused by parked cars, supported making the order and considered extending it past number 92.
