A DROITWICH school is holding a right royal celebration for the Queen with a summer fair tomorrow (Saturday).
The birthday party for Her Majesty will take place at Ombersley Endowed First School and Nursery from midday to 3pm.
Visitors can enjoy a royal treasure hunt, fancy dress competition and Victoria sponge and cupcake contest to see who can make the tastiest treats.
The school will be embracing the traditional fete activities with a parents tug-of-war, tombolas, a coconut shy, hook a duck, pony rides and face-painting.
Headteacher Caroline Moore said: “Our Summer Fair is always a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.
“It’s a lovely way to mingle and have fun with other friends and families and raises much-needed funds for our school.
“We hope you will be able to join us.”
Entry is £1 for adults and free for children and all the money raised at the event will go toward additional resources for the school.
