A DROITWICH plastics manufacturer has supplied the majority of interior trim parts for the new Mercedes-Benz Euro 6 Vito Taxi which has just been launched.
Big Bear Plastic Products, which is based in Hampton Lovett and employs 90 people, is one of the largest suppliers of interior components to the UK taxi market.
This latest model, which is being billed as ‘revolutionising the performance and efficiency of the black cab’, features a number of parts from Big Bear including a taxi meter moulding, the panel which divides the car and the centre console and luggage floor.
