THERE will be a number of road closures in Droitwich in the coming weeks while work is carried to pavements and kerbs.
The Kidderminster Road, from the junction of Union Lane, will be shut from Wednesday (July 13) because of work by Western Power Distribution.
It is anticipated it will last for three days.
A stretch of Ledwych Road from the junction of Leigh Grove to where it meets Salwarpe Road will be shut for four days from July 14 so the pavement can be reconstructed and the kerb be replaced.
Further works from Western Power Distribution will see St Andrews Street shut from the junction of Friar Street to Victoria Square on July 19. The work is expected to take just one day.
There will also be a temporary overnight closures of the Kidderminster Road from the junction of Vines Lane to Salwarpe Road from July 25 while repairs are made to the railway bridge there. The stretch will be shut from 11pm to 6am for five nights.
