A GRADUATION ceremony was held at Droitwich’s First Quest nursery this week to give youngsters a proper send off as they head to big school.
The 23 children dressed in caps and gowns and sang the First Quest graduation song First Quest, First Quest to the tune of New York, New York.
Each child was presented with a diploma, teddy bear, First Quest t-shirt and a piece of graduation cake which was made by one of the mums.
Pre-school leader Claire Glacken thanked the team for helping the children journey from baby room to pre-school and read an emotional poem about how they had grown.
Denise Phelps, one of the owners of First Quest said: “We have the most amazing families who really support all the hard work the staff team put into making the nursery a fun and exciting place for the children.
“We will miss the children very much but we know they will all have a great time at their new schools and they will pop back in to show us their lovely school uniforms. when they start.”
