POLICE are hunting thieves who broke into the Hanbury Hall gift shop before making off with confectionary and souvenirs.
The incident happened between 5.15pm yesterday evening (Monday) and 9.15am today (Tuesday) when the raiders first gained entry to the site and then to the building.
Damage was also caused to padlocks.
Officers investigating want any witnesses or anyone with any information to call them on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
