THE ORGANISERS of the raffle at Droitwich Salt Fest are trying to trace the winner of the main prize after they were unable to get through on the phone number provided.
The prize draw was held to raise funds for the King George V Sports CIC (Community Interest Company) and the top prize was a narrowboat trip for ten people.
All the organisers know from the information on the ticket was that the person’s name was ‘Penny’ and the area code she gave for her landline phone number was ‘01299’, which is listed as being a Bewdley number.
The unique number on the stub is 08009.
Penny or anyone who thinks they know Penny should call Richard on 07974 177230.
Other prizes included free one-year gym memberships, meals for four, £100 in Wilko vouchers, a spa experience, a WCC autographed bat and a 40ins HD television.
