OLDER people in Droitwich can have their electric blankets tested as part of a scheme being run by Age UK and Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service.
The event takes place AgeUK’s Droitwich headquarters, Severn House, Ombersley Street West from 10am to 1pm on Wednesday (November 23).
Faulty blankets will be replaced, subject to availability, with a new one. There is a maximum of one blanket per household.
