A DROITWICH thief has been banned from a number of shops in the town as part of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).
Phillip Byrne was served the three-year CBO following a number of convictions for thefts from stores in the town.
The 30-year-old is prohibited from entering any retail premises in the town of Droitwich as indicated by the map below:
PC Tony Cater from the Droitwich Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “I am pleased that the court has recognised the impact theft from shops has on both the staff who work in the stores and on the community as a whole.
“This Community Protection Order should help reassure and protect all those involved.”
