THE POPULAR informal monthly service returns to St Andrews Church in Droitwich this Sunday (January 29).
The event, which starts at 3pm, took a short break over Christmas.
This weekend’s service will last between 30 and 40 minutes and feature lots of songs, things to do and will explore beginning ‘a new start for the new year’.
The informal, interactive and lively service is open to everyone of any age but has children very much in mind.
There will also be a gift for everyone to take away for 2017 and there will be tea, coffee and cake in the Parish Centre afterwards.
Rev Bev Jameson, Team Vicar Droitwich Spa, Salwarpe and Hindlip with Martin Hussingtree Dean of Women’s Ministry Diocese of Worcester, said “It is a great way to begin the new year with fun and games for people of all ages, especially children.”
Resident Victoria Neade said “We always look forward to Sunday at 3.00 every month.
“We really enjoy it as a family especially the singing and all the things Harvey can be involved in”
There is parking close by on Waitrose car park which is free on a Sunday.
