THE number of people out of work in Wychavon has fallen slightly since last month, official figures reveal.
Office for National Statistic figures released on Wednesday (February 15) showed 635 people in the district, which includes Droitwich, were out of work in January, down from 645 the month before.
The figures also found 40 more people were back in work compared to this time last year.
There was no change in the unemployment rate for 18 to 24-year-olds in Wychavon, with the figure standing at 135 as it did in January 2016.
