TRIBUTES have been paid to PC Keith Palmer by Mid Worcestershire MP Nigel Huddleston.

PC Palmer was stabbed as he foiled the raid by the terrorist who had earlier driven his 4×4 into innocent victims on Westminster Bridge.

His trail of destruction left two further people dead and 29 injured while the terrorist was shot dead as he entered the Parliamentary estate.

Mr  Huddleston delivered an emotional tribute to PC Palmer earlier today (Thursday).

“I and all MPs will be forever grateful to PC Keith Palmer who gave his life to protect us on Wednesday.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and all of those injured during the attack on Westminster Bridge.

“I’m heading into Parliament as normal, but it will be far from a normal day,” he added.

Before Parliamentary business resumed, MPs observed a minutes silence in memory of the victims.
