THE FIRST meeting of the newly formed Droitwich Rail User Action Group will take place between 7.45pm and 9.15pm on Wednesday, May 23.
Everyone with an interest in improving the railways for Droitwich residents is welcome to the event, which will be held at Droitwich Community Hall, Heritage Way.
We reported exclusively last month about the group getting unanimous backing from the town council after the proposal was put forward by Coun Alan Humphries.
It was also welcomed by West Midlands Railway which said it was looking forward to working with the group to improve services for passengers and listen to issues affecting train travellers.
