ASDA, Tesco, Aldi and Sainsbury’s are urgently recalling a range of products which are thought to be unsafe for human consumption.
Customers are being asked to check their cupboards for any of the items which are involved in the recall.
Some of the items could be potentially harmful and should be returned to your local store immediately.

TESCO
Tesco is urgently recalling its ‘Organic Almonds’ range due to the presence of salmonella.
Though salmonella poisoning is generally not a severe illness, it can be fatal in certain people, including young children and the very old.
If you have purchased these almonds, take them back to your nearest store.
ASDA
Cross & Blackwell is recalling it green Vegetable & Kale Soup because it contains milk which is not mentioned on the label.
It’s a possible health risk for anyone who is allergic to milk and an issue for vegans who don’t consume dairy products.
SAINSBURY’S
Sainsbury’s own Coconut & Yogurt Filled Breakfast Biscuits have been recalled because the supermarket giant has found the ingredients label does not indicate that the product contains sesame.
The Sainsbury’s Cocoa Filled Breakfast Biscuits are also affected.
The items come in an orange box.
ALDI
Aldi is recalling its own soy sauce products because there may be small fragments of glass in it.
The public should check their cupboards for Aldi Asia Specialties Light Soy Sauce (150ml) and Aldi Asia Specialties dark Soy Sauce (150ml).
Anyone who finds any of these items is being asked by the supermarkets to take it back to the store of purchase and request a refund.
Under no circumstances should they eat the product.
