A WARTIME experience exhibition gets under way at Droitwich’s Heritage Centre, Victoria Square, next Monday, October 29.
The temporary display of memorabilia is being shown to commemorate the centenary of the end of the First World War.
It will provide a unique opportunity for residents to see an array of soldiers’ uniforms, equipment used in battle, photographs, medals, models and more.
The display, which runs until November 3 with Mike Egan from the World Time Museum, primarily relates to The Great War but there is some material there from the Second World War.
Heritage managers Sarah Davies and Debbie Watkins are hoping it will attract a lot of interest.
“This is a large exhibition of great significance this year and we want as many people as possible to come and see it and interact with it,” added Sarah.
