RESIDENTS and organisations wanting to march in this Sunday’s parade should gather at the Westcroft pub on Ombersley Street at 10.30am.
The parade will move to the war memorial at Victoria Square just before 11am for the annual Remembrance Service and wreath-laying.
The chimes of Big Ben will be relayed through speakers in Victoria Square as those gathered remember those who lost their lives during the Great War and other conflicts.
A service to mark the Armistice Day centenary and Remembrance Sunday will be held at St Andrew’s Church around 11.20am.
