A GROUP of students from Heart of Worcestershire College have organised a night of entertainment at the Copcut Elm pub in Droitwich to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
There will be a family friendly quiz at the event on April 13, along with performances by artists including Nicole Powell, Lucy Gidley, Max Stockin and Lauren Bough.
The group of Mollie-Jayne Fitzpatrick, Steph Hunter, Victoria Johnson, Abbie Bolt, Kelsey Byrd, Jaismeen Kaur, Jasmin Kreft and Meg Piff as part of their travelling tourism course.
Mollie said: “We had a few suggestions for causes but chose Macmillan as there were a few people in our class who have been affected by cancer where the charity has helped.”
Admission is free to the venue but the quiz is £2 per person, payable on the night.
There will also be donation tins.
