POLICE are appealing to help locate a dog owner following an incident in Worcester.
The incident happened at around 2.30pm on Ash Avenue, close to the entrance to Brickfields Park.
Officers say they would really like to speak to the owner of two dogs who was seen on Ash Avenue at around the time of the incident, as they believe he may have information that could help with their enquiries.
PC Allan Figueiredo from West Mercia Police said: “I would ask this man or anyone who believes they may know who it is to please get in touch.”
Anyone with any information as to the identity of this dog owner is asked to call West Mercia Police on 101, quoting incident 420s of 20 June 2019.
