FIREFIGHTERS battled a blaze at a flat in Droitwich this afternoon.
The fire broke out just before 2.30pm this afternoon at the ground floor property in Lloyd Court, Highfield Close.
Three crews – two from Droitwich and one from Worcester – attended the scene.
Firefighters are using breathing apparatus to get into the property so they could extinguish the flames from the inside.
Water jets were used to bring the blaze under control.
All people have been accounted for and have all been checked by paramedics from West Midlands Ambulance Service at the scene.
The incident was closed at 3.31pm.
