A SUPPER with the Spirits will be held at Chawson Barns in Droitwich next Friday, February 7.
The event, which will feature readings from spiritualist mediums in a group environment, is to raise funds for Children with Cancer UK.
It is part of Droitwich fitness instructor Kelly Tidbury’s ‘Journey to 2020’ which will culminate in her taking on the London Marathon in three months time.
Kelly, who runs Home From Home Fitness, is hoping to raise £2,500 for the cause.
Back in November she ran 5k-a-day for 30 days and there are a few other events planned before April.
Among them are a Kick-a-Thon at the Avoncroft Arts Centre on February 29, a Race Night at the Riflemans Arms in Droitwich on March 14 and an Easter Family Fun Day on April 11.
Next Friday’s event starts at 6.30pm and is £15 per person, which includes a fish and chip supper and a donation to the charity.
