THIS DRIVER is facing a ban from the roads after overtaking a marked police car on the M5 at 100mph.
It happened this morning between Junction 5 (Droitwich) and Junction 6 (Worcester).
After passing the police car the motorist continued to drive at the same speed for several miles before Officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit caught up with them.
Driving at 100mph incurs an instant driving ban.
