A FIRE crew from Droitwich rescued a pet in a predicament yesterday.
The cat had become stuck between an outbuilding and a wall at a property in Ombersley.
With little hope of getting free, firefighters used small tools to release the grateful moggy.
The rescue came just two hours after a fire crew from Worcester had rescued a dog which had fallen into the icy waters of the River Salwarpe in Droitwich.
