Warm Space in Droitwich created to help those struggling to pay energy bills

PEOPLE struggling to keep warm this winter are now being offered a ‘Warm Space’ at Droitwich Spa Methodist Church.

The space is there to keep people struggling with rising costs, a warm space, a free lunch and activities to do like board games and reading.

Mary Stanbury, Development Leader, said: “We want to be there for everyone, and in the current climate, everyone is struggling, both old and young.”

The warm space will be available from November 2 at midday until 2.30.
