Droitwich were without four regulars against Hinckley and boss Andy Crowther had to name himself on the bench, but they started brightly as Ollie Thompson and James Lemon threatened.
However, the hosts led 2-0 at half-time through goals from Daniel Fraser and Chandler Pegg before Lewis Rankin added another.

Lemon and Luke Molloy (penalty) set up a grandstand finish but as the Saltmen pressed for a leveller Hinckley sub Isa Abraham fired home to seal the points.
