DROITWICH Community Pantry and Fridge enjoyed a carol service amongst the royals after receiving a special invite from Princess of Wales.
Two of the charities trustees, Kay Ramsden and Beccy Ricketts, attended the Westminster Christmas Carol service along with the King and Queen Consort.
Kay Ramsden, pantry trustee, said: “It was a magical evening, and we felt very honoured to attend on behalf of the Worcester Homeless Appeal Charity.”
Charities from across the UK are annually selected as a thank-you for the work they do.
The evening included a reading by Hugh Bonneville and music sung by Melanie C and Alfie Boe as well as Craig David.
The charity has also been invited to Worcester Cathedral next week as a thank-you for the work it does within the local community.
