DRIVERS travelling through Fernhill Heath are being urged to take care after reports of temporary traffic lights being stuck on red both ways.
The warning has been issued by Worcestershire County Council Highways for those motorists using the main A38.
The lights have been put in by Severn Trent.
Highways officers have contacted the water company to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
In the meantime, they urged drivers to ‘proceed with caution’.
