OVER 100 pupils took to the stage of their Droitwich school for the institutions first full scale production since the pandemic.
Witton Middle School’s ‘Pantastic’ stage show, an adaptation of the classic Peter Pan was hailed as a ‘remarkable achievement’ by headteacher Suzie Bourne.
Suzie Bourne, headteacher said: “We are incredibly proud of the focus and commitment given by each and every pupil, performers, backstage and technical crew.
“Not only was the level of participation fantastic, but the quality of the production has been recognised as absolutely remarkable.
“Playing to full houses every night they told the story beautifully and the whole audience of friends and family were captivated by their energy, teamwork and performance. Not a moment lost, a line dropped, not an entrance or exit forgotten – a “remarkable achievement by all.
“We are beyond proud of each and every one of them! I would like to thank all the staff, children and families who worked so hard to get our first school show since the pandemic off the ground.”
