A DROITWICH eatery has retained their crown of Nepalese Restaurant of the Year at the 12th annual English Curry Awards.
Gurkha Majestic Dining located on the Worcester Road, Droitwich were given the accolade again for the second year running at the awards ceremony on Monday, August 14 at The Holiday Inn in Birmingham City Centre.
The event – which saw 400 guests and dozens of restaurant representatives in attendence – recognised and celebrated the talents and hard work of individuals and businesses within the English curry industry.
The awards, hosted by Oceanic Consulting, presented various other accolades including Chef of the Year, Voter’s Best Choice Restaurant of the Year, Curry King or Queen and Curry Restaurant of the Year.
A Gurkha Majestic Dining spokesperson said: “We have managed to keep this title again.
