AMBULANCE volunteers in Droitwich have installed a new defibrillator and bleed control kit near a local pub.
The life saving equipment has been put up outside the Hop Pole pub in Friar Street, Droitwich.
It was donated using funds gathered from the pub and was unveiled by West Midlands Ambulance Service’s Droitwich based community first responders – who volunteer to attend 999 calls in the local community.
Droitwich Mayor and Councillor Kate Fellows was in attendance at the unveiling, alongside representatives from the Hop Pole and West Mercia Police.
