Droitwich Editorial 24th Nov, 2023   0

CHRISTMAS crafts will take place at the Day Break open day, at 42 Miller Street, Droitwich between 12pm and 4pm tomorrow (Saturday, November 25).

Attendees will be able to make Christmas cards and tags, paint tea-light holders, baubles and bottles, make a Christmas tree decoration and cook and decorate ice festive biscuits.

The Day Break scheme offers opportunities for adults with learning difficulties, including craft projects, upcycling, art, chair yoga, Wii Fit, cooking, singing and lots of fun.

Groups are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 42 Miller Street.

Fiona Whitehead, who runs the scheme, said: “We’ve only just started the Day Break learning opportunities and have had some really good feedback.

“We are looking forward to plenty of festive fun on Saturday.”
