DROITWICH and Evesham MP Nigel Huddleston is urging residents to shop locally tomorrow on Small Business Saturday.
The nationwide scheme highlights the vital role small businesses play in the local community and economy. It also encourages shoppers to discover what local businesses they have to offer, particularly in the run up to Christmas.
Mr Huddleston said: “Small businesses and family firms are the backbone of our local economy in Droitwich and Evesham.
“They provide jobs, drive growth, and keep our high streets alive.
“I encourage everyone to get out and support Small Business Saturday – whether it’s shopping for Christmas gifts, enjoying a meal, or using a local service – every pound spent locally makes a difference.”
