A KIDDERMINSTER man has appeared in court after being charged with several offences relating to an incident at Spar in Droitwich on Tuesday.
Matthew Martindale, 42, of Lion Street, is charged with causing racially/religiously aggravated intentional harassment, alarm or distress with words or writing, common assault, assault by beating, theft from a shop and criminal damage to a property valued under £5,000.
Martindale appeared before Kidderminster Magistrates Court yesterday.
