A FUNDRAISER has been started in aid of Droitwich Spa’s top scorer Alex Dugmore who requires dental treatment.
Dugmore lost a tooth in Spa’s 6-1 victory against Chipping Sodbury Town at the start of the month.
However, he now requires dental work following the incident with treatment to cost £2,400.
The fundraiser has raised £635 in donations so far.
He has continued to play after having his tooth knocked out and scored a brace in another 6-1 win at Wellington.
The striker also found the net against Carterton with Spa now just four points away from securing the league title.
Dugmore works and has a newborn child to support at home.
He has made more than 150 appearances for Droitwich and has scored 31 goals this season.
