EASTER Adventures at Hanbury Hall kicks off again this spring time providing family fun activities for residents in Droitwich.

The Easter trail hosted by National Trust encourages families to explore the beautiful gardens of Hanbury Hall and take part in an egg hunt, wheelbarrow races, Easter egg decorating and a host of other activities.

The family friendly trail takes place from Saturday, April 12 to Sunday, April 27 between 9am and 4pm.

Inspired by the beautiful wall paintings inside the Hall, families are invited discover ten trail point activities based on art, colour, and creativity.

These include painting a self-portrait, a music station, and challenging each other to wheelbarrow racing, hoopla, welly wanging, and much more.

Prices are £3.50 per trail which includes an Easter trail sheet, pencil, bunny ears and Rainforest Alliance Certified dairy or vegan and free from chocolate egg.

After completing the Easter trail, younger visitors can explore the adventure playground with a swing, a slide, climbers and wooden tipis, and spot the knitted chicks hidden inside the Hall.

Families can also have a go at blossom yoga in the orchard with local teacher Emma on Thursday, April 17 and Thursday, April 24 at 2pm and learn simple, fun yoga poses to promote mindfulness and relaxation.

Throughout April, visitors will be able to help themselves to yoga mats in the orchard and try blossom bathing as part of celebrations for the Festival of Blossom.

A cafe in the grounds will be serving hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, soup and cakes.

To ensure visitors have the best experience this Easter, it is recommended that they avoid peak times between 10.30am and 2pm. Plan your visit early from 9am, or later after 2pm to avoid disappointment.
