ON SATURDAY April 12, DAN (Droitwich Arts Festival) are inviting you to attend its Easter themed Dabble Day, writes Lydia Gee.
The event will be held from 10am – 3:30 pm at The Hub St Andrew’s Square, Droitwich and the funds raised will go towards the Macmillan Cancer Support.
Entry is free, and there will be a variety of fun activities to partake in to nurture your creative side and brush up on your art skills.
This event will give you a chance to explore clay modelling, acrylic painting, origami, pastels, crochet, colouring in, watercolour and painting.
There will also be a photo booth, and an opportunity to practice speaking Spanish.
There will be a chance to win prizes in art competitions, courteously provided by Coffee #1, Morrisons and the Droitwich Arts Network.
The competitions are from up to age 11 and for all ages over 12.
Moreover, if the weather permits, outside the hub at 12:30 there will be a performance by the ENTW9 Dance School to entertain the aspiring artists.
This event is open to anyone who wants to have a go, although under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
