DROITWICH Police have thanked the public for their help after a scooter was ridden dangerously and illegally in the town.
Youths in balaclavas were causing a nuisance with the vehicle on Tuesday evening.
Local policing teams and Droitwich response officers searched and tracked them down.
Droitwich Police said: “A big thank you for the people who phoned this is and let us know which way they headed, it enabled us to make a plan where to go to try and catch them.
“After being flagged down by someone who told us where they were, a short drive later found the bike had been dumped underneath the railway bridge off Ombersley Way.”
The bike was found to be stolen and was seized by officers.
