First Droitwich Spa Heritage Walk to take place tomorrow

RESIDENTS can step back in time tomorrow (Saturday, March 14) when Droitwich’s first heritage walk of the year takes place.

The guided stroll starts outside Droitwich Heritage Centre at 11am and will last around one-and-a-half hours.

The walks are led by a knowledgeable guide and explore the rich history of the town, offering participants the chance to learn more about Droitwich Spa’s unique heritage.

Along the route, visitors will hear stories from the town’s past and discover fascinating details about the people, places and events that have shaped the area.

The walk will also include a few surprises along the way, making it an engaging experience for both residents and visitors alike.

Guided town walks are a popular way to explore Droitwich Spa, giving participants the opportunity to see familiar streets from a new perspective while learning about the town’s historic significance.




Participants should meet outside the Heritage Centre ready for the 11am start.

Comfortable footwear is recommended.


Walks should be booked in advance – by calling in at the Heritage Centre during its opening hours – 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday and between 10am and 1.30pm on a Saturday or by calling 01905 774312.
