A DROITWICH clothing firm is bringing chocolate treats to families across the town this Easter bank holiday weekend, writes Andres De Miguel.

Regency Clothing has donated more than 200 chocolate eggs to Droitwich Foodbank so they can be passed on to those in need.

This is the first time the Regency Clothing’s staff have donated chocolate eggs to the town’s foodbank and they hope the gesture will spread some Easter cheer to hundreds of local families.

Sue Hicks is the head of business and operations at Regency Clothing, which supplies uniforms to more than 50 schools and colleges and workwear to 75 businesses across a number of sectors.

She said: “Everyone here at Regency Clothing enjoys doing as much as possible to support local causes so it made total sense to donate the chocolate eggs this year.

“We don’t want any local children to go without a chocolate treat and it means a great deal to us to play our part this Easter.”
