PRIMARY schools from across Droitwich came together at Chawson First School for a special circus day which featured music and other activities.
Each of the schools, Chawson, St Josephs, Ombersley, Wychbold, Sytchampton, Tibberton, Hindlip and Cutnall Green, had individually rehearsed six circus-themed songs and they all came together to sing them.
The event was the brainchild of music leaders Anna Martin and Jill Deakin who co-ordinated it.
Trudy Purser, the school’s reception teaching assistant, said: “It was wonderful for all the schools to come together.
“It was a really lovely enjoyable morning and the children had lots of fun singing together.”
