PUPILS from Hanbury C of E First School welcomed Team GB Paralympian Darren Harris who put them through their paces, writes Louise Newton.
Sports for Schools set up the visit following a previous appearance by Olympian gymnast Dominick Cunningham in 2017.
Mr Harris and sports motivator Jack Rutter spent the afternoon leading sessions with every class in the school.
The children had a go at push-ups, mountaineer lunges, and spotty dogs during the workouts.
They were then treated to a talk by Mr Harris, who explained how blind football was played.
Originally for Wolverhampton, Mr Harris represents Team GB in blind football.
He is also a bestselling author, motivational speaker, and patron of the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust.
