THE POPULAR Droitwich Spa Lido will officially open for the season this Saturday, May 25.
The saltwater pool was judged to be the most family friendly outdoor pool in the UK by Waitrose magazine last year.
And with it being the Whitsun bank holiday weekend and the school holidays there will be plenty of time for swimmers and families to head down there.
Those wanting to swim early in the morning can take advantage of the early bird swims from 6.30am to 9am Monday to Friday and between 7.30am and 9am at weekends.
Droitwich Spa Lido is one of the UK’s few remaining open-air saltwater swimming pools, and with a 40m pool, wet play area, sun terraces and Lido Café, some memorable times will be guaranteed.
