A week to go to the Primrose Hospice ball at Droitwich's Chateau Impney Hotel

Droitwich Editorial 21st Sep, 2019   0

THERE is now just a week to go until this year’s glitzy and glamorous Primrose Hospice Ball.

The event, at Droitwich’s Chateau Impney next Friday, September 27, will feature a three course meal, an auction, raffle and live entertainment themed on ‘A Night Under the Stars’ from Bromsgrove’s West End singer Cat Davis.

Cat will be performing a programme of much-loved songs and a special section which is being kept under wraps.

The singer is back by popular demand after organising the incredibly popular A Night at the Musicals which raised £2,300 for the hospice.

The ball is one of the charity’s biggest fund-raisers and generated £14,000 last year towards the hospice’s care and support for people with life-limiting conditions, their families and bereaved adults and children in north east Worcestershire.

Amy Flemming, the charity’s corporate fund-raiser, said: “Anyone who saw Cat perform in April will know that guests at Primrose Ball are in for a real treat – she is incredible.

“She will also sing a very special song during the evening, but we are keeping it under wraps as a surprise for our guests.”

Tickets are £65 each or £650 for a table of ten.

The glitzy and glamorous evening will feature a three-course meal, live entertainment, an auction and raffle.
