IT was all smiles at Witton Middle School this week as it achieved its best set of Key Stage Two SATs results in seven years.
The bright youngsters’ latest set of results saw them score above the national averages in all performance measures.
Two year six pupils, Harry Mossop and Noah Klos, particularly excelled in their performance, scoring full marks in all three of their maths papers.
Headteacher, Suzie Bourne said: “These results are a real testament to the work ethic and resilience of the children, the hard work of staff and the excellent support and encouragement of our families.
“I am thrilled that so many children also went on to achieve ‘greater depth’ in all subjects.
“Witton has undergone a real transformation and these results prove the quality of learning that our children experience.”
