ANYONE for walking tennis?
That’s the question being put to people in Droitwich and further afield ahead of this afternoon’s demonstration and session on the courts in the Lido Park.
Last week’s session sadly was a washout, but the team will be back there at 2pm today and everyone is welcome.
Walking tennis is an incredible new way to play the sport but at a reduced pace to the regular game.
It is ideal for those who want to engage in a sport which is less intense, outside in the fresh air and an ideal way to meet like minded people….
Anyone can go along for a free demonstration and have a go!
All the equipment is sanitised and ready for players to borrow.
The organisers want to say a huge thanks to the Walking Tennis Assciation for their support.
A new cardio tennis session held earlier in the week – another first for the courts – was hailed a great success.
