AN APPEAL has been launched for volunteers for this year’s Droitwich Spa Poppy Appeal.
Collectors are being sought to enable the charity to support local ex-servicemen and women whose contribution to our way of life is never forgotten.
Collections are held in the run up to Armistice Day on November 11, marking the anniversary of the end of the First World War, and Remembrance Sunday which remembers all those who gave their lives in the two World Wars and other conflicts.
