Dog found in Droitwich with broken leg and cut head now being cared for by the local authority

Droitwich Editorial 28th Aug, 2018 Updated: 30th Aug, 2018   0

THE DOG which was found with a broken leg and bad cut on his head is being cared for by the local authority.

Treatment will now initially be charged to the authority after the dog was taken in by the Worcestershire Dog Warden.

If unclaimed the dog will be transferred to a rehoming centre, if this is the case any funds raised will pass to the rehoming centre.

The dog was discovered on Sunday on Worcester Road and was taken to the vets.

An appeal was launched to find the owners but so far no-one has come forward.
