AN APPEAL has been launched to find a man from Droitwich who police want to speak to about an assault in Hereford.
Dominic Farrow is white, 6ft 3ins tall and of stocky build.
He has green eyes and short brown hair and a number of tattoos including a Chinese symbol on his lower left arm, a tattoo of a fish on his left arm, a tattoo on his neck, and the words ‘dad’ on his left hand and ‘mom’ on his right hand.
He has a one-inch scar beneath his eye and a distinctive left pupil.
He is believed to have connections to Hereford, Droitwich and Birmingham.
